Yield: 2 servings

2 chicken breasts
6 slices of bacon
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 slices of ham

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and heat cast iron skillet to medium heat.  Butterfly two chicken breasts, lay flat.  Place between two pieces of saran wrap, and pound thin with meat tenderizer.  Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on top of each flattened chicken breast.  Roll into roulade.  Wrap 3 slices of bacon around each breast.  Place both chicken breasts into pan.  When bacon is browned on one side, flip over.  After other side is browned, place pan in oven for about 40 minutes or into chicken is at least 160 degrees.
