Yield: 1 serving
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cube chicken boullion
1 tbsp bacon fat (or butter)
2 large eggs
1 tsp chili garlic paste or sriracha (to taste)
Heat broth, boullion, and fat over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and add sriracha. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and pour into broth mixture. Stir and remove from heat when eggs are cooked through.
